Our client wanted to transport their shipments from India to Genoa within a constrained timeframe, navigating the complexities of the Christmas season’s elevated freight charges. The primary challenge was to consolidate shipments from various suppliers and undertake a comprehensive shipment process. However, the logistical hurdles intensified with the movement and consolidation of a substantial 11-container shipment, exceeding 500+ cubic meters.
