Transition of LCL Operations from ICD Tughlakabad (TKD) to ICD Dadri

Dear Valuable Customer,

At Freight Systems, we believe in keeping you informed of any developments that may impact your shipments. Please be informed that Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has withdrawn the reserved space allocation for all consolidators at ICD Tughlakabad (TKD), effective 15 June 2026.

In light of this development, LCL consolidation activities will be transitioned from ICD Tughlakabad (TKD) to ICD Dadrito ensure continuity of operations and minimize disruption to cargo movement.

Please note the following operational timelines:
• ICD Dadri will start accepting LCL cargo: 01 June 2026
• Final date for LCL cargo acceptance at ICD TKD: 10 June 2026
• Reserved space discontinuation at ICD TKD effective: 15 June 2026

We request all customers and trade partners to complete the necessary exporter registration formalities at ICD Dadri at the earliest to avoid any operational delays during the transition period. Additionally, Dadri Customs has extended support for faster processing of AD Code registration and KYC updates to facilitate a smooth operational shift.

Please be assured that our team is closely monitoring the situation to ensure a seamless transition of operations with minimal disruption to your cargo movement. We will continue to keep you promptly informed of any further updates related to this transition.
