Seamless Handling of 50TEU Ride System Equipment from Taiwan to Riyadh

Table of contents

Overview

When our packaging industry client needed to move specialized ride system equipment from Taiwan to Riyadh, the scope was significant. The shipment included 50 TEUs and required 1,200 sqm of warehouse space, along with complete coordination for customs clearance, inland transportation, and secure storage. With cargo of this nature, there was no room for error. The entire movement had to be handled with precision, planning, and close operational control.

The Challenge

The equipment’s dimensions and configuration made conventional unloading methods unsuitable. Standard handling would have increased the risk of damage, which was simply not an option. We needed a controlled approach to ensure safe offloading while still keeping timelines and commercial commitments intact.

Freight Systems’ Solution

The team quickly assessed the situation and developed a practical unloading plan. Two forklifts were positioned strategically, one to carefully pull and stabilize the cargo and the other to support and guide the offloading process. Every move was monitored closely to ensure zero damage to the equipment. Throughout the operation, we kept the client informed with real-time photos and videos, ensuring full transparency and confidence at every stage.

The Outcome

✔ Safe and damage-free cargo handling

✔ Efficient utilization of 1,200 sqm warehouse space

✔ Timely operations without cost escalations

✔ Enhanced customer confidence through proactive communication

The project reinforced the client’s trust in Freight Systems’ ability to handle complex, high-value cargo with care, flexibility, and strong on-ground execution.
